Equipment

  • shaker
  • jigger
  • highball glass

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz gin
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice (in a pinch, can be substituted with more lemon juice)
  • 0.5 oz lime juice (in a pinch, can be substituted with more lemon juice)
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 dashes orange flower water (in a pinch, can be substituted with cointreau or triple sec)
  • 2 drops vanilla extract (can be optional)
  • 4 oz soda water

Instructions

  • Aside from soda water, put all ingredients in shaker and shake vigorously for 2 minutes without ice (dry shake)
  • Add ice to shaker and shake for another minute
  • Strain into highball glass
  • Pour soda water into the shaker, to get more egg white and cream out
  • Strain into highball glass until full
