simple syrup

egg white

dashes
orange flower water
(in a pinch, can be substituted with cointreau or triple sec)

drops
vanilla extract
(can be optional)

soda water
Instructions
Aside from soda water, put all ingredients in shaker and shake vigorously for 2 minutes without ice (dry shake)
Add ice to shaker and shake for another minute
Strain into highball glass
Pour soda water into the shaker, to get more egg white and cream out
Strain into highball glass until full
