(You can put the mixer away after this step.)
  • Spray a 9″ pie pan with baking spray.
    baking spray
  • Knead by hand to form the mixture into a ball of dough
  • Weigh the dough ball and divide it into two equal parts
  • Press one of the halves of dough in the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pie pan

Add filling (15 minutes)

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Evenly spread the Marshmallow Creme over the bottom crust.
    7 oz marshmallow creme
  • Separate chocolate squares and place on top of the Marshmallow Creme.
    8 Hershey's chocolate bars
  • Place mini marshmallows on top.
    2 oz mini marshmallows
  • Roll out the second half of dough until it's about ½" thick
  • Place the dough, in sections if need be, on top of and around all the marshmallows. (They will still show through and that is great!)
  • Sprinkle with the chocolate chips
    2 oz semisweet chocolate chips

Heat and cool the pie (90 minutes)

  • Bake 20-30 minutes until the crust is lightly browned and a toothpick comes out of the clean (not counting any accidental marshmallow)
(If baking in toaster oven, cover with aluminum to avoid burning)
  • Remove pan from oven and set it on a wire rack.
  • Cool completely, at least an hour, before cutting, unless you like it gooey
