A delicious party platter

Equipment
- 1 medium bowl
- 1 9×13" baking dish
- 1 serving platter (optional; you can always just eat them over the sink)
- 1 cake serving utensil or spatula (optional, for transferring to the serving platter)
Ingredients
- 24 mini sandwich rolls
- 1 lb deli ham, thinly sliced
- 1 lb cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
- 6 oz butter (1-½ sticks)
- 1-½ tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1-½ tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 tbsp dried minced onion
- 1-½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF
- Grease a 9×13" baking dish with oil or butter
- Separate the tops from the bottoms of the rolls, arranging the bottom pieces in a layer in the greased baking dish24 mini sandwich rolls
- Weigh out half the ham and layer it onto the bottom halves of the rolls1 lb deli ham, thinly sliced
- Layer the cheddar cheese slices on top of the ham1 lb cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
- Layer the rest of the ham on top of the cheddar1 lb deli ham, thinly sliced
- Put the top of the rolls on top of that24 mini sandwich rolls
- Melt the butter in the microwave6 oz butter
- In the medium bowl, mix the melted butter, mustard, dried onion, Worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds6 oz butter, 1-½ tbsp Dijon mustard, 1-½ tbsp poppy seeds, 1 tbsp dried minced onion, 1-½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Pour the mixture over the rolls
- Bake at 350º for 20 minutes, until the rolls are lightly brown and the cheese has melted
- Slice between the rolls, through the layers of ham and cheese, to separate them into individual sliders
- Using a spatula or cake serving utensil, transfer the rolls to your serving platter
