Preheat oven to 350ºF
Grease a 9x13" baking dish with oil or butter
Separate the tops from the bottoms of the rolls, arranging the bottom pieces in a layer in the greased baking dish
24 mini sandwich rolls
Weigh out half the ham and layer it onto the bottom halves of the rolls
1 lb deli ham, thinly sliced
Layer the cheddar cheese slices on top of the ham
1 lb cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
Layer the rest of the ham on top of the cheddar
1 lb deli ham, thinly sliced
Put the top of the rolls on top of that
24 mini sandwich rolls
Melt the butter in the microwave
6 oz butter
In the medium bowl, mix the melted butter, mustard, dried onion, Worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds
6 oz butter, 1-½ tbsp Dijon mustard, 1-½ tbsp poppy seeds, 1 tbsp dried minced onion, 1-½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
Pour the mixture over the rolls
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes, until the rolls are lightly brown and the cheese has melted
Slice between the rolls, through the layers of ham and cheese, to separate them into individual sliders
Using a spatula or cake serving utensil, transfer the rolls to your serving platter
