Asian Baked Salmon Recipe

Really simple and healthy: just marinate and bake

  • a rimmed baking sheet
  • aluminium foil
  • a large ziplock back


  • 1 6 oz salmon fillet
  • 1 tbsp coco aminos
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper



  • Pour 1 tbsp coco aminos, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lime juice, 1/2 tbsp sriracha, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper into the Ziploc bag and mix it up well
  • Put the salmon fillet in
  • Squeeze the air out of the bag, lock it, and fold it over so that the salmon is completely submerged in marinade
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, but the longer the better, up to like 18 hours


  • Preheat the oven to 400° F
  • Line the baking sheet with aluminium foil
  • Put the marinated salmon on the foil
  • Bake 15-20 min
