Really simple and healthy: just marinate and bake

Equipment
- a rimmed baking sheet
- aluminium foil
- a large ziplock back
Ingredients
- 1 6 oz salmon fillet
- 1 tbsp coco aminos
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tbsp sriracha
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
Marinade
- Pour 1 tbsp coco aminos, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lime juice, 1/2 tbsp sriracha, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper into the Ziploc bag and mix it up well
- Put the salmon fillet in
- Squeeze the air out of the bag, lock it, and fold it over so that the salmon is completely submerged in marinade
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, but the longer the better, up to like 18 hours
Bake
- Preheat the oven to 400° F
- Line the baking sheet with aluminium foil
- Put the marinated salmon on the foil
- Bake 15-20 min
