Really simple and healthy: just marinate and bake

a rimmed baking sheet
aluminium foil
a large ziplock back
- 1 6 oz salmon fillet
- 1 tbsp coco aminos
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tbsp sriracha
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Marinade
Pour 1 tbsp coco aminos, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lime juice, 1/2 tbsp sriracha, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper into the Ziploc bag and mix it up well
Put the salmon fillet in
Squeeze the air out of the bag, lock it, and fold it over so that the salmon is completely submerged in marinade
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, but the longer the better, up to like 18 hours
Bake
Preheat the oven to 400° F
Line the baking sheet with aluminium foil
Put the marinated salmon on the foil
Bake 15-20 min
