Equipment

  • jigger
  • shaker
  • couple cocktail glass

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 3 dashes lavender bitters (Scrappy's are great)
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/8 oz cranberry juice

Instructions

  • Put ice into the shaker
  • Pour all the ingredients in over ice
  • Shake well for about a minute, to get the egg white frothy
  • Strain out into the cocktail glass
