Equipment
- large bowl
- masher or fork

Ingredients
- 3 avocados
- 1 lime
- 2 Roma tomatoes (they're oval)
- 0.5 bunch of cilantro (3 tbsp chopped)
- 2 cloves of garlic (1 tsp minced)
- 0.5 onion (0.5 cup diced)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Peel the avocados
- Remove pits and put the rest in the bowl
- In the bowl, mash the avocados
- Juice the lime into the bowl
- Add the teaspoon of salt
- Mix all of that together
- Chop the half onion as fine as you want
- Add half a cup of the diced onion into the bowl
- Chop the cilantro leaves
- Add 3 tablespoons of the cilantro leaves into the bowl
- Chop the 2 Roma tomatoes as fine as you want
- Add them into the bowl
- Mince (meaning, chop finely) the 2 cloves of garlic
- Add 1 teaspoon of the minced garlic into the bowl
- Mix these new ingredients in with the existing mixture
- Mix in the pinch of ground cayenne pepper
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap
- Refrigerate for an hour
