Put the ground beef into a large bowl
3 lb ground beef
Crack the eggs on top
Pour the Worcestershire over everything
3 large eggs, 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Sprinkle the dry spices over everything
3 tsp garlic powder, 3 tsp onion powder, 3 tsp salt, 3 tsp pepper
Shred the cheese on top of it all
1 oz cheddar cheese
Mix it all thoroughly together with your hands
Get your kitchen scale and
Tear off roughly 4 oz (¼ lb) pieces of the mixture and form into 12 balls
Press them into patties by hand, or with a burger press, to about ¾" thickness
Put them in the fridge to rest for an hour or two
