Add the beef and cook until it's no longer pink

Add the minced garlic and stir it around with the wooden spoon for 30 seconds
Stir in the cabbage, soy sauce, and ginger
14 oz coleslaw vegetable mix, ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce, 1 tsp ground ginger
Cook until the cabbage is as soft as you want it. Add a little water if need be.
Turn the stove top heat down to low
Make a hole in the middle of the skillet and crack the egg into it

Let it cook a bit and scramble it with the wooden spoon
Stir in the sriracha
2 tsp sriracha
Drizzle the sesame oil on top
1 tbsp sesame oil
Add the sliced green onion
1 green onion
Transfer to one or more bowls and serve
