Dice the orange and green bell peppers

Dice the small white onion

Peel the 3 whole garlic cloves

Add to the slow cooker: 1 cup of beef broth, 1 can of tomato paste, 1 can of diced tomatoes, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1-½ tsp salt, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp turmeric, ¼ tsp pepper

Stir the mixture
Put the flank steak in and toss it in the mixture to coat
3 lbs beef flank steak
Add the diced bell peppers, diced white onion, 1 cup of olives, and 3 whole garlic cloves
2 bell peppers, 1 cup Spanish olives, 1 small white onion, 3 garlic cloves
Cover and cook on high for 5 hours. Don't open the lid that whole time.
Shred the meat with 2 forks in the slow cooker
Serve by itself or with a side dish
